Each plan has a minimum team size: Professional starts at 5 seats (from AED 550/mo, AED 475 yearly) and Agency starts at 20 seats (from AED 2,200/mo, AED 1,900 yearly). The seat price is the same on both — the difference is the perks (workspaces, white-label, support). Add seats anytime above the minimum; billing prorates automatically. Smaller teams can start free on Starter. Enterprise is tailored to your scale.

Each paid account includes 1 active event. Integrations (reservations, thermometer, revenue, door counter, and more) are an add-on at AED 40/month per venue or event — they're not bundled into seats, and they're included only on Enterprise. WePlen can also integrate with any app and pull data from it. Agency unlocks unlimited active events plus multi-workspace and white-label.

WePlen's AI runs on credits. The organization buys credits into one shared pool and allocates them to its team members, so spend is managed in one place. Every paid plan also gets 3 free AI runs each week for every 5 seats (use them on Blueprints, Suggestions or Minutes; resets weekly), so most teams never pay extra. The heavy AI actions spend credits: AI Blueprint (3 credits), AI Suggestions (3), AI Minutes (2), region/competition scan (3), daily client update (3), pitch/proposal deck (10), post-event wrap (5). Everyday work — tasks, timeline, chat, and live Control Room reads — is free and unlimited. Buying credits is volume-priced — the more you buy, the cheaper each one: from AED 3.75 per credit, dropping through 3.60 / 3.50 / 3.40 … down to AED 3.00 at 100,000+ credits. On Starter (free) there's no weekly allowance, so AI is pure pay-as-you-go.
